does glaceau vitamin water energy work as well as normall enerygy drinks?

i like energy drinks but they are unhealthy. so vitamin glaceau energy is a bit healthier
but does it give off the same ammount of energy?

No, it doesn't have tons of caffeine, massive amounts of ginseng or any of that other stuff. Just sugar water with vitamins and some salt. Great for a hangover, but not so much for energy like Monster or Red Bull.
